Acts as a liaison with the Office of Performance Improvement and Innovation (OPI2) for the strategic plan. Oversees the implementation of the strategic plan for the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Gathers information and provides reports for the LouieStat forums. LouieStat brings individual Metro departments before the Mayor and his senior leadership team to identify, through consistent metrics tracking and data analysis, what the department can do to continually improve the services it delivers to the citizens of Louisville.
